Happy New Year, Everybody!! 2009, the year of change is here. I welcome it with open arms. I've been catching hell since my mom died in 2005 so this year have go to be better! However, jobs still escape me. I remain unemployed with all of my money totally depleted.
My niece is in the hospital. She is having a sickle cell anemia crisis. It has been extremely cold here and she got stuck in it a little too long yesterday so I spent last night and today in the emergency room. I just hate to see her so sick. She's such a good loving child - she deserves better. Anyway, I now need money for gas to get back and forth to the hospital. I think it's time to tuck the pride and turn to family.
I hope Barack Obama's economics team have a great plan in place because even though it is nice being home and doing some of the stuff I enjoy - it would be a lot better if I had money for food, gas, light bill and other necessities. lol.
Anyway, I'm tired and I'm out of here!
